Do your posters (aka bloggers) have usernames that work for different genres?
As far as our handle/our screename, we create a name that fits in that world/genre. We go in and register the new name on each site we target for you (and/or you can pick the screename it if you want!) - which of course is very labor intensive/time consuming.

Do you do campaigns for ALL genres of music or just a few genres?
Web 'n Retail is a division of Rock 'n Retail. Rock 'n Retail has specialized in niche demographic targeted campaigns for 17 years. We are experts at targeting, and can find the tighest target audience for any genre of music.

How do you select the best targets for where you blog?
We provide you a short questionnaire for you to fill out (or answer verbally) that tells us everything we need to know about your artist and their audience. We then create a campaign specifically designed for that product only.

Before I hire you, will you provide me a list of where you will be blogging for my Artist?
Yes, here is an example of what you will receive from us in our proposal:

Can we drive sales somewhere in the blog?
Yes, of course. You tell us where you want to drive the sales to - i.e., iTunes for downloads and/or your favorite Indie retailer for hard goods, label site for tour schedule &venue links, etc.

Can we provide you with particular URL's we want to make sure you blog?
Yes, by all means.

I see that you do "2nd tier blogging". What is that?
Going back into sites that we blogged that performed well for you (look at your website traffic report to see where suddenly a lot of traffic is originating from), and commenting on our first blog!

How do you write the blog to not look like an ad, and to fit in with each individual place you are blogging?
You write the "primary blog" (about 3 lines) with our help. Then we tailor that "primary blog" as needed to make it look personal (vs. like an ad), and then we tailor it for each target we go after.

How do we know where you've blogged for us?
We provide you twice monthly reports with all the links - right there on the page. Yes, we disclose that information for you.

If you give us all the links aren't you concerned that we will just go out and do it ourselves?
While that is of concern, most Labels don't have the time to blog, and in many cases, don't have our 17 years of targeting expertise. Additionally, each and every project has different targets so what will work for one artist in a particular genre, will likely NOT be the target for another Artist in that genre.

How long do these programs last?
We have a minimum timeframe (below). If you want it done in a shorter time than the stated minimum, its an additional 15%.
100 blogs - Lasts 6 weeks
200 blogs - Lasts 8 weeks
300 blogs - Lasts 10 weeks

Can you do more than 300 blog programs?
Yes, definitely. Prices on request. The more blogs we do, the lower the cost per blog.

How many blogging projects can you take on at once?
6 (six) smaller jobs, 4 (four) larger jobs

Can I book you now for a later start date?
Yes, its best to book us as soon as you know when you want to start your campaign, to ensure we are able to service your project. The program is very popular and yes, its possible we may be all booked up.

How fast can you start?
As soon as we receive your payment, unless other payment arrangements have been made with us.
