Rock ‘n Retail, LLC is pleased to be associated with perhaps the largest supplier of Closed Circuit Music Video to a very impressive subscription base of Lifestyle brick and mortar locations.   Our Firm has been selected to provide music video recommendations that will receive priority consideration to be accepted to the program(s). The program provides  monthly compilations of approximately 40 single videos on a loop to subscribers, including but not limited to:

Here are the MUSIC VIDEO categories we accept submissions for:

Hot Video, easily the most popular monthly selection, features the latest top 40 pop, dance, urban and rock music videos, all on one convenient disc. Programmed for the DJ or VJ who mixes, Hot Video offers individual tracks easily accessed for quick search, cue and play.

Pop Mix Video features a 'G-rated' section of both new and recurrent top 40 pop, dance, urban and rock releases in a continuous-play format. No DJ or VJ is necessary to enjoy this non-stop collection of the latest video hits.

Club Video features both the newest dance music videos as well as many all-time dance floor favorites. Designed to meet the real-world needs of the DJ or VJ who mixes, Club Video combines the ease of use found in individually indexed selections with our patented non-stop, 3-song Power Sets to offer one extremely well-rounded club collection.

Dance Mix Video takes the high-energy video found on the Club Video series and makes it available to those who operate without benefit of a VJ. Beat-mixed for continuous dance play, Dance Mix Video offers the best in breaking dance video along with true play-and-walk-away performance.

Our Country Video series corrals the latest Country, New Country, Country Classic and Contemporary Christian releases into one all-together wholesome collection. Theme-night or every night, Country Video can add a look to your venue the whole family can enjoy.

Latin Video combines the best of worldwide Latin hits into one monthly variety pack designed to directly target one of the fastest growing demographics in America today (Please note that many of these videos are produced outside of the U.S. and tend to be a bit more adult than those found on other series).

Modern Rock Video blends the best of breaking mainstream and alternative rock releases into one hard-hitting collection. From global to regional, from major label to garage, from beginning to end, Modern Rock Video offers you a look at everything rock.

Urban Video series offers a collection of the very latest rap, R&B and hip-hop, including many of the unedited music videos that urban audiences are increasingly demanding. Need the beats without the bleeps? Then this is the series for you! 

Express Video series is a weekly disc that combines all formats and subscribers are issued 4 per month. There are less videos compiled on the Express video (approximately 20 – 23 videos) and this disc combines all of the above formats.  This particular disc is for Clients in a RUSH to get their video out there. Deadlines for submissions are each Monday of the month for ship dates 2-3 weeks later.

Here’s how it works:
1)  You submit the title on this SUBMISSION FORM to us via email to RockNRetail2001@cs.com. 

2)  We review the title for content and quality, and let you know if we have approved it, to submit it to our Associates.

3)  If approved by us, you will be required to provide the content in the required format(s) listed below in order for the title to make it to the next round.

If your video is selected, you will need to provide it in an NON COMPRESSED miniDV format. DVD is acceptable if it is a Quicktime file burned on to a DVD as a data DVD (can play on a computer but not a home system).  You will also be asked to provide indemnification and rights usage verifications.

All videos include crylon identification for 10 seconds on the front and back end (Artist, Title of Song, Record Label).

4)  Once reviewed, and if approved by our Associates, a fee of $500 will be due to Rock ‘n Retail, LLC

5)  We will provide proof of use

- Deadlines for submissions are the 15th (or previous business day if the 15th falls on a weekend) for inclusion on the disc that ships 45 days later. (IE:  Submitted on July 15 for inclusion on the September disc).
              
The only exception for the above deadlines is for the “Express Video” disc which comes out weekly.  The deadline for the “Express Video” disc is each Monday, for the disc that ships 2 weeks later.
